Multiple change buttons on the browse line

Hi,

Is there some way to have multiple edit buttons on the same browse line where one button would open details update form for the line and another notes update form for the same line, preferably in a popup. I can create separate update forms without any problem, I can also mimic the code generated for first update button and modify it so it indicates the other update form, but when running I always end up with details update form.

Yes but the button type would need to be other. In your URL you would need to pass the button type and I think ID (ref docs for syntax).

I think where you would come unstuck at the moment is the popup as Bruce has not implemented popups from buttons or hyper links (unless he has snuck it in).

I know it is possible to open another update form from a button of Other type. However, I was thinking that it would be nice to be able to have different popup update forms without leaving the main form. Maybe Bruce will  have something we could use

Hi There-

I'm also waiting for the ability to popup from an "other" button. Bruce has said that it's on the list.Hopefully it'll make it into an upcoming build.
