Datepicker button disapere when date field is "Read Only"?
« on: August 31, 2010, 12:30:38 AM »
Strange. My date field has the "Read Only" and "Force user to use lookup". Now my lookup button is gone?? Comes back when the "Read Only"= false.
I realy want the user to be forced to use the lookup.
Any ideas?
Regards

Read-Only means the user can't change the date.
So when the field is read-only there's no lookup button, because, um, well because they're not allowed to change the date.

If you want them to be able to change the date, but they _have_ to use the date picker, then just tick on
"force user to use lookup".

cheers

I have tryed to use the "Force use to lookup" (and as i remember it worked in NT4) without the "Read Only" but then the date field is editable??
Maybe something in my options of datepicker change this behavior?
