What changes have been done to Netalk 4 since 4.37
« on: November 27, 2009, 06:53:35 AM »
Does anyone know what fixes (or updates) have been done to Nettalk 4 in versions 4.38 and 4.40.
I can't find a history of new changes in the documents, the latest history covers 4.37 from the link on the download site and I don't want to install the latest version without knowing what it may change.

Hi Terry,

Version 4.40 (Gold) 26 November 2009

Fixed / Worked Around: Support for Legacy apps in C7 improved. Duplicate Identifier errors for File variables handled.

Added CPCS example (60) to web server.

Right Justify css style changed from direction:rtl to text-align:right

Change to dFormat method to handle @n5_`2 style picture.

Version 4.39 (Gold) 25 November 2009

Fixed: NetWebClient Post() allocating an additional 4 bytes when the posted data was larger than a single packet, resulting in an invalid Content-Length, and 4 bytes of additional data send (containing spaces).

Fixed: Regression (in 4.38) with drop lists generating the wrong html code.

Fixed: Problem hiding text fields on a form, with allow html set = 1.

Partially fixed the issue of unhiding such fields.

Added: Support for CPCS 6 reports.

Version 4.38 (Gold) 6 November 2009

Added: Support for receiving of email with the HTML MIME part Base64 encoded.

Added: Support for receiving email from mail clients that set the ContentID field for attachments (previously these would have been treated as embeds even if the Content-Disposition was not set to attachment).

Fixed: Potential GPF when receiving email with encoded header fields.

Added: When adding Row Id to "other" button, multi-component keys are supported. (Not elsewhere though, so multi-component keys still not recommended).

Added support for PDF-Tools version 4.1

Fix: Local window styles and scripts were not prepended with a \

Change: Allowed to enter Form procedure even when overriding Form URL. (useful for Deletes).

Cheers
Bruce
