Delete message

Hi,
Any way of make the delete message more accurate?
That is, intead of

Are you sure you want to delete this record?

something like:

Are you sure you want to delete "Mr. Please Dont" record?

no, the message is sent to the browser when the page is created, and the same message is used for all the records.

As an alternative you can, if you like, remove the delete button from the browse, and add a delete button to the form.
