Hi Everyone
I?m using secwin7 and Nettalk 12.29 mail to reset password in webapp using checklist in the documentation. I can have requested a mail password reset and I receive mail etc. Everything works as expected.
My question is:
How or where do I modify the message that secwin7 generates to send to the user? I don?t seem to find it.

Thanks Bruce.

I created the same local group (AttributesGroup) with the same local variables in the SecwinLoginWeb procedure as in the SecwinUpdateUsersWeb procedure.
the same structure with the same variables but it does not "see" the values.

I'm missing the logic completely.  I just can't get my head around this. Getting data from a encrypted Json structure in a blod messes with my legacy brain.

I use secwin in my webapp for users to create their own accounts and then reviewed by the Sysadmin. I need some more information from the user than just the normal user name phone number ect. I Managed to add the fields I wanted to into the Local data table and it works great! However! How to I get the custom fields added to my user security database.
The logon name, name and default security group all gets to the SecwinUsers table. How to I define and use my custom fields,

I hope i'm not pulling a stunt that can't be done.
I'm adding a small sample app of my problem.

I have to write a multi language webapp..

I can translate all headers in browser and Forms, menus, including some data on a drop list.
But the data in the browse does not translate the data.

In the sample I'm showing that Gender translates 100% in the form as a drop list when your select an alternative language.
but shows as the default Language in the browse.

Please assist me in to correct approach to this problem.

At this stage I'm using tps.
I have started the service as the local .\administrator

Installed the service as (Run the as administrator)

The only modification I made is, I don't user the memory driver for the error table

Hi everyone.
Having problems getting Multisite to run as a service. Keep on getting Error 1053

The exe I run as administrator when installing the service ect, with admin rights on the Computer / server ...

I'm using Multisite "Out of the box" at this stage. All works fine without running as a service.

Just for a sanity check I created a small app and added selfservice to the app and that I can install and run as a service.
Im running
NT 11.28
Selfservice 3.52
StringTheory 3.15
Winevent 5.29
GPF Reportter 2.36
Draw 4.20
MessageBox 2.45

If anyone has the same problem and resolved it, help me please

Hi Everyone
I'm having to following problem when exporting a browse to and xml file using xfiles and nettalk to excel,
 
Capture1.png shows the data in browser.
Capture2.png shows the result in Excel.

My Character set in Nettalk is set to UTF-8 and (capture3.png)
My character set in Xfiles is to UTF-8 (Capture4.png)

I have attached a small sample app

Hi Everyone
I have a question on NetRefresh on a webapp.

When I browse a table and update the values, it works perfect as per the example Realtime (85).

My Problem
I change and add records in a different part of the app with some hand code. When this code executes the table browse does not update, although the data do change.
Is there a command that I must send to the webserver to tell it to refresh the table in the hand code?

Hi everyone

Using
Clarion 10,
NT11.07,
String theory 3.05

I'm using the 'base' theme with 'double drop menus'
If I click on the menu with sub options.  Every menu item briefly flashes on screen.

I seem to recall that  is was a problem with earlier NT11 releases?
If anyone has a tip or theme that works it will be super..
