Que version de android estás usando? con la 4.4 kitkat tuve el mismo problema, probé con la 5 en adelante y funciona perfecto.!

Hi Walter!
If You run the apk in an android, the version 5 and newer work fine. But the other doesn't work.

Hi,
I suggest that you try creating a new thread for that code. Example:
Start(Source_Procedure,25000, parameters)
Where in Source_Procedure, must be the call extra webservice..
