Title: Double drop menu appear twice

Hi all,

Suddenly my app's double drop menu appear twice in the heading page. I Never saw this before.

The app was working fine until today. I don't see any new changes in the app's code.

Any one have a clue to solve this issue?

C11.0.0.13505 with NTWS 12.63.

so what _did_ you change to cause this effect?
