Title: How to translate Web Service Documentation and avoid wrong characters

How is the best way to get the original text to show in the Web Service Documentation and translate it?
There are many string that is not send to the .translate method, please see pics 0.2.3.
And if I translate what can be translated I get wron chars, see pic 5
And, in the field description the spanish characters are displayed wrong, only in the field line, please see pic 1.
