Title: Nt web server and NetRefresh

I know how Net Refresh does its work on desktop browses.
In a web server, when a table field is changed, does it refresh all rows and columns of a browse, all columns of a sigle row or just that cell?

NetRefresh in the web server refreshes the whole browse (since it does not know _what_ was changed, only that a change occurred).
