Title: Close button big in app base example

Hi compiling the Apps/BasicMobile server.sln example the close button is toobig and it is misaligned.

How to enable de back button?

I imagine that's a CSS setting in the theme used by that app, so take a look at that regarding the size.

What "back button" are you referring to?
