Title: ERROR: -73 Unable to Listen on TCP Port 443 SSL Could Not Load TLS DLLs

This web server is working ok in the cloud VM with NT 10
I upgrade it to NT 11.07
Working ok in my PC, copied all to the cloud VM and...

ERROR: -73 Unable to Listen on TCP Port 443 SSL Could Not Load TLS DLLs [Could not load the TLS DLLs - libssl-1_1.dll, libcrypto-1_1.dll, msvcr120.dll]

Ive verified the dlls are the same that in my PC

What am I doing wrong?

SOLVED - downloading Visual 2017 redist
