Bruce,
I have a report from a user in California, that they cannot access a NT 10.15 app. They always get "unavailable". This is an app compiled as a DLL and hosted with another dll app in the Host.exe program. I also use a Let's Encrypt (LE) SSL certificate. I have suggested this is a connection issue on their end and asked they check their browser settings, firewall, blocks from ISP, etc. Apparently their ISP used a web site called "downforeveryoneorjustme". This site reports my app is down. It is not down as I can ping it and run from multiple networks here. Have you seen this before? Any thoughts? The URL is: https://dcisionrt.usfbreastresearch.org
Thanks,

Hi Jeff,
Getting this from South Africa:
The connection has timed out
The server at dcisionrt.usfbreastresearch.org is taking too long to respond.
The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer?s network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox Developer Edition is permitted to access the Web.

Also from South SAfrica I get the same result as Johan.
My net speed is good: ping 2ms download 20.03 upload 15.30 so I don't think that's the problem

Thanks guys...turns out to have been an overly protective firewall.
