Title: Map blocked by Performance Tab settings

Hi, Bruce

My NT release is only 8.61 but I couldn't find this problem mentioned anywhere yet.   When both "Combine common files" and "Auto-check cached files" are turned on in the Performance tab,  the map will not display.  Confirmed using the mapping example 76.  Not a huge issue, but can take quite a while to track down.

update to the latest NT8 and let me know if the effect is still there.
