Hi
I note the availability of 3 options in NetTalk 9
Will NetTalk 8 continue to be upgraded?

hi Richard,

NetTalk 8 is superseded by NetTalk 9 Server.
NetTalk 8 Lite is superseded by NetTalk 9 Desktop.

In the short term there will probably be a few more NetTalk 8 builds, as is normal during a change-over. These builds are likely to be focused on bug fixes more than new features.

Once any immediate bugs are sorted out it goes into long-term maintenance. At this point I tend to only make builds for security concerns and also for new versions of Clarion.

Ultimately it'll drop off the bottom and become deprecated.

what happened to "Apps installed on mobile devices"? Wasn't that supposed to be one of the Nettalk 8 features?
