Title: Planner can not open the event which begins for example 11:59

The opening takes place in the beginning of the event to the next hour.
So this is the reason why it is difficult to open some events

This is easy to try with hotdates example.

try web12 / Appoiments / Day planner and add ther new appointment:

User: Bruce
Date: 22.07.15
Time: 11:59
Duration: 3

Save it and you can't open it again in planner.
Starting time can't be end of the hour???

it was a little more subtle than that, but fixed for build 8.57
