Title: Refresh field tool tip after EIP

Hi Bruce,

Is it possible to have the field tool tip in an browse refreshed after doing EIP ?
It seems it doesn't now.
I mis-use the field tool tip to show additional info about the new value in the field.
Especially when the field is a drop showing a code.
