Title: Locator search issues

I have got a problem with all my browses in a Nettalk web application that uses a SQL backend. If I use the locator search, no matter which search type I use, if my search field are stored in uppercase on table it gets a result back, but if in lower case or capitalised nothing comes back. so the only way I can do a search is to store all my values in uppercase any ideas?

Using postgresql backend.
