Title: NetWebServiceMethod template generation error

When you have a NetWebServiceMethod and specify a Parameter as a Number, when the procedure is displayed, the formatting is missing the "Number:" prompt. By contrast, when you do a String or Date, the "String:" or "Date:" prompts displays properly. FYI, I didn't test the prompt error for all other data types.
