Title: Date field type calendar icon missing

Hi Bruce
NTT8.16. How can I get all my date field types icon back that was normally a small red calendar on the right-hand side of the field. I you click on the icon it was bringing up the calendar?

check for errors in the firebug console.
Also 8.16? That's sooo Tuesday.....
