Hi,

Is there a way to show the checkbox on the left of the text?

There are a couple ways you could do it.
a) span the cells and put the "Prompt" in the "Comment" column.
or
b) add a checkbox (with a blank prompt) and turn _off_ Last in Row and Last in Cell.
And follow it with a simple "Display" field where the display text is set to the Prompt.
