Title: Map Questions

Just trying out the map option in 8.03.
I have tried to duplicate the accident map in the attached mod of example 76.
The issue:
Doubleclicking on the map doesn't bring up the trip form it just increases the zoom.

On the accident map clicking brings up the update accident form entering a description and saving doesn't seem to do anything. I was assuming that a marking would be populated on the map. Is this correct?

Some questions:
1. If I have a parent table holding some information and a child table which is what I am using to populate the map is it possible to access the information from the parent for this information (e.g. marker type, etc.)
2. I think this was asked before but can the map be refreshed if some information (latitude,longitude) on the record is updated programatically?

I expect we'll focus a bit on maps at today's webinar Terry, so these are good questions to kick that off with.

Hi Bruce
Bumping this one.
If you look at the example I posted I have added my own menu choice with a map. Clicking on the map doesn't open the form athough I have entered the form name in the on click tab field.

thanks for the bump Terry. I have fixed it for 8.08, and also the bug we saw in the webinar last week with new records not being immediately displayed.
