Title: Error in taskpanel menu with 2 levels

Taskpanel menu with 2 levels. If level 2 is set to start open it works as expected, but if the level 2 menu is set to start closed is doesn't open correctly when clicked (see attached). Only after clicking some (random) menu item, level 2 unfolds correctly.

Hi Peter,

I've managed to duplicate the effect.
Because the fix is tied up in the jQueryUI object it will be a lot of work to change.
At this point I'm quite busy with the NT8 release, so can you give me an idea of how big a deal this is for you?
(the obviously work-around being, to start the menus open for now.)

Well, if there are enough goodies in NT8 I can live with this error (nudge, nudge)  ;D
No seriously, it's not a show stopper so if there's no easy fix I guess it's ok to put it aside for now.

well, hopefully, there is the odd nice thing in NT8. bump this sometime after NT8 ships and I'll take another look.
