Title: Dealing with time zones and daylight saving time

Hi,

Our application uses time extensively and users can be all over the world.  We can save date and time as decimal day (Stardate) in Universal Time and keep the user's local time zone in the user profile to adjust display.   Does anyone know of a way to adjust the time zone offset automatically for local daylight saving time?
