Title: Change theme while demoing NT app

Hi,

Somewhere (probably Clarionlive) I have seen Bruce change the theme by adding a switch to the address in the browse, but cannot seem to get it right.

I also would like to switch to mobile mode in the desktop browser.  Is this possible the same way.

valid values for menu are (I think) 1,2 and 4
