variable %netExApps is not defined... (Nettalk 6.51 CW 6.3)
Where can I find this one?

looks like maybe you haven't got the _2nd_ global extension added to the app.
ie you have the Activate NetTalk Extension, but not the Activate NetTalk Web Server extension added.
