Title: File Upload field displaying differently on same browser

I am uploading a pdf with graphics showing Web26 example app with the its display of the File Upload field vs my app's display of the File Upload field. I've made all the template settings exactly the same, but they are still displaying differently on my computer running the web apps locally.

Mark,

maybe the WebServer settings are different? Have you ticked on support for the File Uploader script on the Scripts tab?

Nothing else springs to mind - but if you still don't come right post an example here and hopefully I can spot  the difference.
