Is there any way, in a NetWebForm on the mobile side of things, to have the field prompt appear ABOVE the field itself, rather than to the left as on the desktop forms?
Screen real estate is precious, especially in portrait mode on a mobile device, and having the option to have the prompts above the fields may go a long way towards making even simple forms look a lot neater?
Cheers,

yes, the option is on the layout tab I think.
"vertical" is the word to look for.

Found it, Thanks Bruce. However, the 'Vertical' checkbox only seems to change the layout of the Desktop version, but not the mobile version of the form.
It would be nice if we could set the 'Vertical' property based on the device. My client prefers the standard form layout on the desktop browsers, but wants the vertical layout on the mobiles.
Cheers!

The way I have handled this so far on a dedicated mobile app is to create a Display field for the field label itself (with the field label text in the prompt field), and then the data field as a separate field with quotes in the prompt. Not the most elegant solution, but it works. I agree it would be great if the vertical option could work in the future for mobile layout as well.

Hey Folks/Bruce,
Any experience or word on this issue?
I'm wanting to be able to set the "Vertical" option for mobile only, given how prompts affect the layout when used normally in a mobile form.
Perhaps Nettalk 7 is the answer?

I'll look into it.
