Please how do i cange the image or icon for edit in place check box button on a browse. changing the tick and untick images and doing so by clicking on the new images for tick and untick

First step would be to firebug the field .. Pretty sure it's a jQuery Theme style value. Easy to change that!

I'm not sure if we support the jQuery checkbox on a browse EIP yet. That's still on the list.
So it's using the checkbox supplied by the browser, and as far as I know that doesn't have any CSS you can apply.
