Using Google Chrome to test in mobile mode.
I just noticed that child browses on a form are not displaying headers. (They do on an actual iPhone or Android)
I'm pretty sure in the past that they displayed.
Check out my screenshot.
Not a showstopper since they work on the intended devices but odd nonetheless.

...turned off fixed browse headers and the problem went away.
See screenshot...
But this caused weird problems when ran on mobile device.
Set it back to the way it was (fixed headers).
Now the headers actually stay fixed on my Android phone (probably the way they are meant to). To be honest, that feature never did work right before.
One thing though, the header's text - when you have multiple embeded child browses on a form - stays the same regardless of the selected browse. I think it should change when you select a different browse.

Thanks for the report Don.
Are you on build 6.29 yet? That has an updated jQueryMobile (1.1.0), and I know they did some work on the headers, so that's probably a good one to switch to. On your page, I think, ideally you'd want non-fixed headers - but I'll also experiment a bit and see what I can see.
cheers

Yeah, I'm on 6.29.
I think I came up with a compromise. If I leave the Form headers fixed and browse headers not-fixed, it seems to work very well.
The fixed headers really improves the mobile experience.
