Title: Is anyone doing Web with Oracle?

I've got a client that wants me to build an interface between my existing product with TPS files and send data to his Oracle / PeopleSoft HR system. Can anyone help with these questions:

1) I have an older version of the Oracle driver and need to upgrade, but have never really used it. Is it as easy to use as TPS where I could import PeopleSoft tables?

2) I'm also considering some interface using xFiles if PS can handle it.

3) Any gotchas that anyone knows of?

4) Anyone offering consulting for a project like this?
