Title: Add a NetTalk 6 Web Server Theme

I'd like to take the Sunny theme and create a modified version called Sunny2.

How do I get the wizard to know about this new theme so that its selectable the same way Sunny is?

alas the _wizard_ names are hard-coded.
But the "default theme" for your system is set as a template option in the WebServer procedure, so it's trivial to change it after the wizard has generated the app.
