I watched the Webinar and were able to run it on Clarion 8 but not sure how to run the wizard on Clarion 6.3

exactly the same - create a new app, and select the application wizard.
Just make sure ntwiz.tpl is registered in the template registry before you start.

Working now, Ntwiz.tpl was not registered.
