Title: Error in PR24 registering template in 6.3 9055

Bruce: When you get in tomorrow, can you take another look at the NetTalk5 template PR24. I get an error when registering the template for 6.3 Build 9055.

 (NetWeb.Tpw 574,3) Error: #ENDIF expected
