Hi,

I have weird issue with our app using NetAutoClose templates. When I look into the client application which serves for shutting down of active application instances I don't see all active workstations. Visible ones are responding to the warning and shutdown properly. To be even more weird some of those which are invisible initially appear for a brief moment and then disappear permanently. We are using version 4.42.

Any help is appreciated.

Is there anything specific about the machines that don't work?
multiple network cards?
different subnet mask?
different "Lan" addresses?
that sort of thing...

Hi Bruce,

as far as I know there is nothing unusual about them, but I'm not in a position to personally check them at our client's office. All network addresses are 172.16.1.xx and all of them are starting our app off the network drive without a problem.

I will check for multiple network cards. Any other suggestion what to check?
