Title: NTWS5 compile error in Clarion7.1-6695

Windows 7 Clarion7.1-6695 NTWS 5
Can Nettalk5 applications be compiled in local mode?
I have compiled both examples 1 and 2 successfully as standalone (dll) but if I change to local(lib) i get the attached error.
If I do the same with the SV school app it compiles successfully in both modes.

fixed in PR8 which I hope to get out today.
